On Tuesday, February 21st, Circa 1886 proudly celebrated its 25th anniversary. To mark this extraordinary milestone, Executive Chef Marc Collins designed a special four-course menu featuring some of the most beloved dishes from the past 25 years. Each course was a tribute to the creativity, flavors, and passion that have defined Circa 1886 as a cornerstone of Charleston’s culinary scene.
The evening was perfect—from the beautiful fresh flowers to the expertly selected wine pairings to the delectable menu featuring guest favorites from past menus.
