In the Kitchen with Pastry Chef Ashley...

We are excited to announce that our very talented executive pastry chef Ashley Cardona and her team have knocked the spring desserts out of the park! 

After weeks of testing, tasting, and sourcing the freshest ingredients, Ashley has unveiled a trio of indulgent creations: Strawberries & Cream with angel food cake and mascarpone mousse, a decadent Chocolate & Peanuts featuring Striped Pig bourbon caramel and salty peanut gelato, and the whimsical Cherry Float, poured tableside with artisan cherry soda.

Come treat yourself to something unforgettable—dessert has never looked (or tasted) this good.

Our talented bar manager, Denis, has been hard at work crafting a delightful selection of new spring signature cocktails! These refreshing libations are bursting with the vibrant flavors of the season and showcase distillers in the Charleston area. He also uses as much fresh and local produce as he can to craft cocktails that are a true reflection of the city's rich flavors. Come experience one (or two) for yourself – Denis can't wait to serve them to you! Denis also hosts the 'Shaking With The Seasons' experience where you can learn first hand about spirits and ingredients to create your own beautiful cocktails at home!

Warm and welcoming, our cozy Garden Room is tucked away from the bustle of the restaurant’s main dining room. This 195 square foot private room accommodates up to 12 guests and is perfect for private dinners, bridal showers, birthday parties, business luncheons, and meetings.

PERFECT FOR PARTIES OF 10-40

The Tack Room

Our most popular private event venue—the versatile Tack Room—is located above the restaurant’s main dining room. Highlights of this bright, beautiful space include two original fireplaces and decorative touches that are uniquely Charleston. This 594-square-foot private room accommodates up to 40 guests and is perfect for private dinners, small wedding receptions, bridal showers, and business meetings.

PERFECT FOR LARGE PARTIES

Restaurant Buyout

Enjoy the flexibility and exclusivity of a restaurant buyout featuring full access to each of the restaurant’s unique seating areas, including the Main Dining Room, Wine Room, and Garden Room. This option is perfect for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and anniversary celebrations. Circa 1886 can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated dinner and 100 guests for a standing reception.
