Cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to your reservation (cake orders 48 hours) by email only. Phone call cancellations will not be accepted.
Grotto Bay reserves the right to charge 100% of your estimated bill to the provided credit card if the corresponding reservation was not cancelled outside of 24 hours before your reserved time.
