Greetings from the Antlers! We are looking forward to your stay and would like to ask a few questions to ensure a smooth arrival and the most comfortable stay possible. Please take 2 - 5 minutes to complete this questionnaire.
What time do you expect to arrive? Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. Should you arrive prior to your room being ready, we will store your luggage and make recommendations of things to do in town.
Daily housekeeping service will return this winter but will be limited to removing trash, replacing towels and making up beds. Dish service will NOT be available. A mid-week full clean will be available to guests staying five or more days. Housekeeping services will occur when guests are able to vacate their condo for the duration of the service.

Sign up here to use touchless check in. The front desk will email instructions on how to access your key card and check in packet, along with forms to be signed at check in. These can be scanned and returned via email or fax, or left in the dropbox where your key will be located. COVID-19 Waiver.
What means of transportation will you use to arrive at the Antlers? (If you’re unsure, please contact us for recommendations). Parking for one vehicle is available with your room (two cars for 4-bedroom condos). Parking for additional vehicles may be available in the Lionshead parking structure for a fee.
Any requests for specialty items, such as rollaway beds, cribs, or specific kitchen equipment?
Sending luggage or packages to us before your arrival or during your stay? Please use preferred shipping partner TripHero, and be sure that the name of the Registered Guest is on any deliveries, as it may delay or cancel delivery if the package is addressed to someone that is not in our reservations system. Packages received after the guest departs will be returned to sender.
As only approximately 20% of our condos are pet-friendly we will only be able to accommodate your furry family member if you have previously arranged directly with one of our reservations agents to book a pet-friendly room. If you would like to inquire at this time if a pet friendly unit is available, please answer yes to have a reservations agent contact you and confirm if a pet friendly unit is available.
Are you interested in ordering one of Chef Barry’s Freshly Prepared Entrées delivered to your condo during your stay? They feed approximately 8-10 people and must be ordered 48 hours in advance. All dishes are served in large, recyclable, oven-proof containers for re-heating with a clear lid for easy identification. The meal(s) will be delivered to your door by noon on the delivery date.
