What time do you expect to arrive? Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. Should you arrive prior to your room being ready, we will store your luggage and make recommendations of things to do in town.
Any requests for specialty items, such as rollaway beds, cribs, or specific kitchen equipment?
Sending luggage or packages to us before your arrival or during your stay? Please use preferred shipping partner
ShipSkis, and be sure that the name of the Registered Guest is on any deliveries, as it may delay or cancel delivery if the package is addressed to someone that is not in our reservations system.
We do not have a dedicated shipping department and cannot be responsible for any lost packages. Packages received after the guest departs will be returned to sender.
