• Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon successful submission and verification by The Trans Resort Bali team.
 

• Full payment may be required to secure the reservation. Payment details and confirmation will be shared by our team after the booking request is received.
 

• Event seating arrangement is based on availability.
 

• Cancellation or amendment requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend may result in full cancellation charges.
 

• The Trans Resort Bali reserves the right to modify menus, schedules, chefs, venue arrangements, or event details due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
 

• Additional beverages, wine pairing, and other personal consumption outside the selected package will be charged separately.
 

• Guests are responsible for informing the resort of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
 

• By submitting this form, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
