New Year's Eve Dinner - Terms and Conditions:
 

• All prices are subject to 21% government tax and service charge.

• Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

• The 20% Early Bird Offer is valid for reservations made on or before 15 December 2026 and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

• Any cancellation, amendment, or no-show is non-refundable.

• Children aged 0–5 years dine complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum one child per paying adult).

• Children's pricing applies to guests aged 6–11 years. Guests aged 12 years and above will be charged the adult price.

• Seating preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Event programs, entertainment, and menus are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements.

• The Trans Resort Bali reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
 

After Party - Terms and Conditions:
 

• Complimentary standing access to the New Year’s Eve After-Party & Fireworks is provided exclusively to New Year’s Eve Dinner guests.

• Complimentary access does not include beverages; all drinks are charged separately.

• For non-dinner guests, Standing Access requires a minimum spend of IDR 350,000++ per person.

• Reserved tables are subject to the applicable minimum spend, including for dinner guests.

• Access and table reservations are subject to availability.

• All prices are subject to government tax and service charge.
