Payment Policies:
Full payment is required at the time your tour/excursion is confirmed in order to secure your reservation. Your tour/excursion is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation request must be received in writing at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid any penalties and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be under full penalty and are non-refundable.
