Tor only 5% of your total lodging cost, Deposit Protection will ensure that the entire amount of your Antlers lodging will be valid for a future stay. This is better than insurance. You may cancel your trip for any reason and your vacation credit is valid for up to two years in the future.
To cancel a reservation with Deposit Protection you would simply provide the Antlers with written notice (via e-mail, fax, or mail) at least 24 hours prior to arrival date, and all lodging deposits will be held for future reservation(s) for two years. The 5% Deposit Protection must be purchased before or at time of final deposit (30 days prior to arrival) and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival (except for December 22-31 when it is 45 days prior to arrival) will receive a refund of the deposit Cancellations made for any reason less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
